Devil Fruit Description: As a logia fruit, the goro goro no mi gives the user the ability to control, create, and transform into lightning at will, making the user a lightning human. With this, the user is capable of changing the voltage of their electricity with two hundred million volts being the maximum which is the amount of voltage as a standard bolt of lightning. Being a logia type fruit, the user is capable of avoiding attacks that are not coated with busho haki stronger than the user's, or strong against lightning by transforming into the element itself. The user is also capable of merging themselves into solid matter such as stone, or steel for traveling, or defensive purposes. Also while transformed into lightning, it can cause those who come into contact with the user to be electrocuted. The user is also capable of traveling at the speed of lightning once they transform their body into that element. The user is also capable of jump starting their own, and others hearts if they enter a state of cardiac arrest by applying jolts of electricity to the body.

Other than devil fruit's natural weaknesses, the goro goro is completely ineffective against rubber due to it being a natural insulator to lightning meaning that rubber can bypass the user's logia abilities, also meaning that a gumo gumo no Mi user will be a real pain to the user. It is also out classed in terms of speed when compared to the Pika Pika no Mi. (Thank you Mikado for letting me copy and paste this from your at on JS)

Description: By combining the fighting style of a gunslinger as well as the fighting style of a goro goro user, the user is able to utilize the power and speed of lightning and charge it into a bullet to make it even more dangerous than before. This fighting style is normally carried out using a gun, however if the user were to find themselves in a situation where they are unable to use a gun for any reasons, they may use their body as a gun as well. If the user doesn't have any guns nearby to channel the lightning through their hands by simply making their hands into a gun shape, however the attack will be much weaker as there will be no bullets involved in the action.
